Founded in 2014 and originally roasting on a vintage 1963 Probat L5, Full Circle has grown into a serious roastery operation based in a converted horse stables. Head Roaster Natalia Grabowska and the team now work with a state-of-the-art Probat Probatone L12, hand-selecting and roasting beans from their impressive 400 square metre facility behind Camden Street.
