RocketCup Coffee grew out of St. Bonaventure University's entrepreneurship center in 2022 and built its name on university-branded blends across Western New York. Its downtown Buffalo outpost sits inside the Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship, the former Buffalo News building, where the Institute's business students run the counter as a real venture. Expect RocketCup's own roasts, including a custom blend created for the Institute, served to students, staff, and downtown regulars.
